Old Mansion

Old Mansion is a pork grill restaurant in Jeonpo, Busan, converted from an old house. It pre-grills samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar and serves them with side dishes such as paechae and an egg yolk sauce. Orders are placed at a Chinese-subtitle ordering machine beside the table, and staff explain how to grill and eat the first batch. After the first batch, diners grill the remaining meat themselves.
