Yeonhui Gomtang

Yeonhui Gomtang is a gomtang restaurant in Seoul that serves Hanwoo gomtang, yang gomtang, and gopchang jeongol. The clear broth uses Hanwoo beef, so it has little odor, and comes with thinly sliced meat and large scallions, while teuk gomtang also includes internal organs. The soup is served in a yugi bowl after being heated by pouring hot water over it, and kkakdugi and kimchi are given separately on individual plates. Prices rose after the restaurant appeared on a broadcast.
