Gongneung Dakhanmari (Chicken Stew)

Gongneung Dak Hanmari is a dak hanmari restaurant in Seoul that boils chicken and rice cakes in a pot. The chicken is dipped in a house sauce, and the meal finishes with kalguksu and rice porridge. After the chicken, noodles and then porridge are added to the broth in order. The chicken is tough and the broth is weak in flavor.
