Kumane

Kumane is a skewer restaurant in Seoul that serves dak kkochi and myeongnan gui. The myeongnan gui is soft, the dak kkochi is grilled salty, and pickled radish cured in yuja is served alongside. One owner runs the place alone, so during busy times food comes out late. The skewers are small for their size.
