곱창

Gopchang is a grilled intestine restaurant in Seoul that now operates under the name Chakan Gopchang, so it is searched for under that name. It grills modum gopchang and daechang on a stone plate and serves them with buchu. During grilling, the oil drains to one side of the plate, and at the end you can make bokkeumbap. The plain flavor is not outstanding.
