Jungwharu is a Chinese restaurant in a residential alley across from Myongji University in Namgajwa-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. It has been in business for about 50 years and serves ganjjajang, gunmandu, and yangjangpi. An elderly couple does the cooking themselves, with the grandfather in the kitchen and the grandmother handling the front and the counter. The restaurant does not deliver, and the ganjjajang is not greasy, so it sits easily in the stomach.
