Izakaya Robataya Caden

Kaden is a Japanese restaurant on a main road in Yeonhui-dong that serves udon, assorted hoe, and fried dishes. The cold udon comes with chewy noodles and tsuyu, and the futomaki is a large seaweed roll filled with salmon and fried shrimp. Kake udon is served with a small ladle for the broth, and a wait forms before opening. The parking spaces are few relative to the size of the building, so parking management takes a long time.
