Osen

Osen is an izakaya in Isu that serves okonomiyaki and teppan dishes. Okonomiyaki comes in Osaka style or Hiroshima style, and a drawing is made on the surface once it is finished. Teppan dishes are cooked in an open kitchen, and bar seats look directly onto the teppan. Tables are close together, so conversations at the next table can be heard.
