Kadoya is a Japanese ramen restaurant in Busan that serves tsukemen and tantanmen. It sits in a shopping strip in front of Yurak Girls' Middle School, a short walk from Myeongnyun Station. The signature modum tsukemen pairs vegetables, meat and chashu with thick noodles dipped in a heavy sauce that mixes tonkotsu and seafood dashi. Noodles are boiled to order and served at a ten-seat counter, and diners can ask for warisoup after finishing; the tantanmen broth is on the salty side.
