Wonjo Somunnan Kalguksu sits near Oncheonjang Station in Dongnae-gu, Busan, serving kalguksu in a myeolchi broth alongside bibim, kong, and kimchi versions. The plain kalguksu comes with no extra toppings, just the cool anchovy broth and chewy noodles. A line forms at mealtimes, but the turnover is fast enough that entry takes under 20 minutes, and the entrance of the new building has a ramp for strollers and wheelchairs. The kimchi has a strong jeotgal taste that can be overwhelming for those sensitive to fishiness.
