Yeongdong Geujip

Yeongdong Geujip is a pork restaurant near Yeongdong Market that grills specialty cuts such as pork skirt meat and pork potato meat. The pork skirt meat is cut so that the pork jowl wraps the gabrisal, and the Yeongdong won galbi is marinated to order. Staff grill the meat at the table, searing it first on a mesh grate and then moving it to a griddle, and the space is divided into a first and second floor. The samgyeopsal is more ordinary than the other cuts.
