Nonhyeon Sonkalguksu

Nonhyeon Son Kalguksu is a kalguksu shop near Eonju Station in Seoul that serves kalguksu, sujebi, and kaljebi. The signature dish is kaljebi, a mix of kalguksu noodles and sujebi in a meat broth, eaten with geotjeori kimchi. Bowls of rice can be added for free at a self-service station, and extra noodles and broth are available. The sujebi is thick and sticks to the teeth.
