Hongmyeong

Hongmyeong is a Chinese restaurant near Hakdong Station that serves ganjjajang, handmade gunmandu, and nanjawansseu. The ganjjajang leaves the onions lightly fried so a sharp taste remains, and the handmade gunmandu have thin, crisp wrappers with a dense filling. On Sunday lunch, the waitlist outside includes menu items, while on weekday lunch many single-dish diners come and a wait shortens quickly. The ganjjajang and tangsuyuk come in small portions.
