Wasai Jin is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves kaiseki and course-based omakase. Its signature dish is scallop uni cream monaka, and the course also includes pufferfish hoe, skin, and sushi. Reservations close within minutes of opening, and the course runs from chawanmushi through to dessert. Ordering alcohol is required.
