Songugsi

Songukshi is a noodle restaurant in Seoul that serves kalguksu, sujebi, and kaljebi. The noodles are made to order in a beef and sagol broth, topped with minced meat and served with geotjeori. A mini bowl of rice comes with the kalguksu, and the restaurant is closed on Sundays with different hours on weekdays and Saturdays. Lines form at lunch, and the kimchi and seasoning sauce are on the sweet side.
