Ryumongmin Hakdong Station Branch is a dakgalbi restaurant five minutes on foot from Exit 7 of Hakdong Station. Chicken thigh meat is pre-grilled over direct heat, then stir-fried on a griddle with cheese and bokkeumbap. Staff grill the dakgalbi through to the end and melt the cheese with a torch. Oil splatters during stir-frying, so bringing an apron is advisable.
