Ooki

Ooki is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves lunch and dinner sushi courses, pairing fish sushi with tsumami. The menu includes Mejimaguro Tataki, Anago Gui, and Aji, and the shari has a clear vinegar note and seasoning. The shari feels firm at the start of the course and softens as it progresses. It currently operates for dinner and weekend lunch.
