Hyundai Sundaeguk

Hyeondae Sundaeguk is an old Korean restaurant selling sundaeguk inside Yeongdong Market in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The white broth is boiled thick from beef bones, and head meat and offal go in, seasoned with salted shrimp, perilla powder, and dadegi. Soemeori suyuk and a mixed platter of pork head meat can also be ordered and shared with the sundaeguk. At busy times a wait can form.
