Mibuhinoki Park in Kyoto is a neighborhood park with a separate area for children's play equipment and a field for ball games. A water feature sits next to the sandbox, and the narrow paths around it are used for practicing on bicycles and tricycles and for walks, with cherry blossoms in spring and hydrangeas in summer. A public restroom is in the center, and a manhole that can serve as a toilet during disasters is also present. There is no toilet paper in the restroom, so bring your own.
