Sutbulae

Sutbulae is a grilled-meat restaurant near the back gates of Kyungsung University and Pukyong National University in Daeyeon-dong, Busan. It grills 100% domestic female pork over charcoal, serving thick cuts of raw samgyeopsal and pork collar scored with slits and accompanied by sesame-oil myeongnan, meljeot, and steamed egg. The shop has operated near the Pukyong National University back gate for over ten years and handles aged meat and samgyeopsal that has not been frozen. There is a wait even late at night.
