Gangnam Dwaeji

Gangnamdaeji is a meat restaurant in Busan that serves tong samgyeopsal and specialty cuts of pork. It grills dwitong gui, tong moksal, deungsim deotsal, pork jowl, and galbi sal over charcoal, with noodles, ramen, and doenjang jjigae on the side. Staff grill the meat and mushrooms at the table and wipe the ventilation vents when clearing the table. The specialty cuts have a chewy texture.
