Choryang Galbi is a meat restaurant in Daeyeon-dong, Busan, where galbi and yangnyeom galbi are grilled over charcoal. The galbi is cooked on a wire grate rather than a griddle, and the yangnyeom galbi has a tender, chewy texture. The doenjang jjigae has a clean, refreshing taste. Prices are on the low side.
