Keage Incline in Kyoto is a historic site where you walk along the traces of an old railway. Cherry blossoms reach full bloom in late March and April, and the scenery changes again during autumn foliage season. During cherry blossom season you need to go around 6 a.m., and by noon it is already crowded. The path is short and there are few trees.
