The Spoon

The Spoon is a bistro in Jeju City that serves Italian dishes as a course menu, built around seasonal Jeju ingredients and seafood. Individual dishes such as octopus, mentaiko scallion tart, and Spanish mackerel pasta are served in the flow of the course, paired with Italian wines. Even when several individual dishes are ordered, each is brought out with its own timing, and the wine and food are explained as they are served. The seasoning on the food is on the strong side.
