Ujin Haejangguk is a Jeju regional restaurant a 15-minute taxi ride from Jeju International Airport, serving gosari yukgaejang and momguk (pork and gulfweed soup). The gosari yukgaejang simmers shredded beef and bracken until thick, and spooned over rice it turns porridge-like. Visitors take a number and wait for their turn to be called over the loudspeaker, with a waiting room and an unmanned cafe available, and a public parking lot in front of the store. When crowds arrive, entry takes about an hour and a half to two hours.
