The Hangeun

Deohangeun is a barbecue restaurant in Jeju that grills pork over charcoal. Ordering one geun brings about 60 percent pork collar, 10 percent soljisal, and 30 percent ogyeopsal, with kimchi stew and milmyeon available on the side. Staff grill all the meat and tell you the order in which to eat each cut. The meat takes on the smoky flavor of the charcoal fire.
