Samjo Samyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup)

Samjo Samgyetang Samjo Dakjip is a long-standing samgyetang restaurant in Jeju City. The chicken is cooked until tender in a rich broth and served with nurungji-flavored porridge and onion pickles. Dakbaeksuk takes about 30 minutes to cook, so ordering it in advance shortens the wait. Tableware and store cleanliness are lacking.
