Eobu Bapsang

Eobu Bapsang is a Korean restaurant near Ilgwang Beach in Busan that serves braised flounder, grilled hairtail, and anchovy ssambap. The braised flounder comes in a non-sweet sauce with large pieces of flounder, and the side dishes include anchovy hoe muchim and sea squirt jeotgal. A large parking lot sits across the street, and on Sunday lunchtimes guests wait at the entrance and then wait a considerable time for the main dishes to arrive. During meal times the dining room is crowded with no empty seats.
