Roanu

Roanu is a barbecue restaurant in Gijang, Busan, that grills beef short ribs and pork over charcoal. It serves raw and marinated beef short ribs, pork collar and samgyeopsal sets, and bang-a doenjang jjigae and naengmyeon, with truffle oil added to the first round. Staff debone the meat and cut it up at the start, separate the ribs once cooked, and outdoor seating is available. On weekends the restaurant fills with customers.
