Tambok

Tambok is an abalone restaurant on the coast in Busan, serving grilled abalone, abalone porridge, and dolsot gondre rice. The abalone rice and abalone porridge are lightly seasoned, and in summer the restaurant also serves chogye noodles. It runs entirely by reservation through CatchTable, and weekend waits stretch to about an hour. Without a reservation, the wait is long.
