Dolsam Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in Chilam, Busan, serving bungjang-eo hoe and grilled eel. The eel hoe is mixed generously with bean powder, which adds a nutty flavor. The second floor seats about 40 people, and the restaurant has a parking lot in front and a view of the sea. The portion of anago hoe is on the small side.
