Teppanyaki Mihara Goten is a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, a five-minute walk from Exit F1. A Japanese chef grills Hokkaido scallops, black cod, and A4 Miyazaki wagyu in sequence at a semicircular teppan counter, and the wagyu is dipped in an egg yolk sauce sukiyaki-style. The lunch course runs through nine items, starting with salad and teppan chawanmushi and continuing to garlic fried rice, red miso soup, pickles, and house-made gelato. Staff place each dish in front of the guest and explain it, and the semicircular seating puts the chef's on-the-spot cooking in close view.
