Tim Ho Wan

Tim Ho Wan is a dim sum restaurant at Shop 12A & 12B, Level 1, MTR Hong Kong Station, Central, in the IFC mall. It serves char siu bao, shrimp dumplings, and rice with braised pork belly. At the start of the meal, diners pour water from the teapot into a bowl to rinse the plates and utensils. When it is crowded, diners may share a table with other customers or sit in tight spaces.
