Chuen Moon Kee Hotpot

Chuen Moon Kee Hotpot is a hotpot restaurant in the basement of Chungking Mansions in Hong Kong, reached by taking the second escalator on the left from the entrance. It offers a half-and-half choice of its signature tomato broth and mala broth, along with beef, scallops and cuttlefish balls. Two-person and four-person sets are available, and orders are placed by checking menu photos via QR code. It stays open late enough to visit after Disneyland, and its basement location inside the building makes it hard to find the first time.
