KOKON

KOKON is a Japanese izakaya on the 21st floor of a building on Hennessy Road in Causeway Bay, a five-minute walk from Causeway Bay Station in Hong Kong. It serves creative rolls, sushi, and skewers. The signature items are the Volcano Roll, which staff set on fire at the table, the Fuji Mountain Roll topped with eel, avocado, crab meat salad, and mentaiko, and sushi pizza on a crispy rice base. The space is small, and the soft-shell crab roll's fried portion is not as crispy as expected.
