Eunsang

Eunsang in Busan serves seafood rice bowls and Japanese-style sashimi rice bowls. Its main dishes are raw shrimp sashimi rice bowl and salmon and bluefin tuna rice bowl, and one bowl comes topped with four kinds of shrimp. Staff explain the ingredients and how to eat each dish, and the shrimp is brought in directly from several regions in Korea including the East Sea. The dining room is small, and noise from the next table, music and cooking sounds can be heard.
