Busan Seonok

Busan Seonok is a meat restaurant near the Gwangalli sea that grills black pork ogyeopsal, gabrisal, and pork jowl. It serves four kinds of kimchi, seasonal spring greens, seasoned crab, and sea squirt jeotgal, and doenjang jjigae with bang-a can be ordered. The side dishes are made in-house rather than supplied by an outside vendor, and the ogyeopsal has both a chewy rind and tender meat. Each table must order at least 450g of meat, so a small meal is not possible.
