Gosijeong

Gosijeong is a meat restaurant in Seoul that serves charcoal-grilled dakgalbi and pork. The salt-grilled dakgalbi and pork collar are par-grilled over rice-straw charcoal and eaten with various sauces. The par-grilled meat is kept warm over low heat at the table, so diners do not have to grill during the meal. The pork collar is juicy and tender.
