Modol

Modol is a meat restaurant in Seoul that serves samgyeopsal, pork collar, and pork skin. It sits on the first floor of Sindorim 2nd Prugio, close to Exit 1 of Sindorim Station. The meat is grilled so the outside is crisp and the inside stays moist, and the kimchi and bean sprouts are cooked on the grill alongside it. Every cut ordered arrives already grilled and ready to eat, and corkage is free.
