SONOKO CAFE

SONOKO CAFE is near the Ginza Wako and Mitsukoshi intersection in Tokyo. It serves additive-free, oil-free dishes such as mild chicken curry and hamburg steak, with salad, warm vegetables and marinade on the side. Before the meal, diners first drink kombu water or kombu tea. Ingredients used in the cafe are sold at the back of the store.
