Harbs

Havs is a cake-focused cafe on the second floor of Lumine 1 in Yurakucho, Tokyo. Its signature milk crepe layers fruit and cream between thin crepes and is not overly sweet. By around 7 PM most cakes are sold out, and each person must order one drink. On weekends the wait is long enough that eating in the store is difficult.
