Capital Ginza Cafe is a counter-style cafe in the basement of Ginza Matsuya in Tokyo, selling coffee, coffee beans, and soft cream. It serves a coffee jelly and vanilla ice cream set, thick toast, and mocha-vanilla mix soft cream, and grinds beans at the store. Coffee is dripped in front of you, orders are placed from an English menu, and beans can be ground to your preference. There are only counter seats, so the space is small.
