Vibrio Tech Tokyo Yurakucho is a cafe on the third floor of Lumine Yurakucho, near Yurakucho Station, serving cakes, pancakes and meal menus. It offers a special set that combines pancakes and cake, and a lunch set with a main, dessert and drink. On Sunday at 1:30 PM it was almost full but seating was immediate. A line can form, and on weekday afternoons the wait can be about 15 minutes.
