Yangjagang is a Chinese restaurant in Gijang, Busan, serving ganjjajang, baekjjamppong, and handmade dumplings. The ganjjajang tops thin noodles with stir-fried onion, and the fried rice is cooked so the grains stay separate. Every dish is made to order, water is served as burdock tea, and the handmade yurin mandu comes with a special sauce. There is a wait even at weekday lunch, the dining room is small, and since there is no proper parking, cars often park in the inner alley.
