Sinami Dakkochi is a chicken skewer shop in Gangneung Jungang Market. The grilled whole heart skewers are the signature item, and the chicken skewers come in medium, spicy, or teriyaki sauce. The heart skewers are served as whole hearts coated in char, with pickled radish strips, chives, and mayonnaise on the side. On a Saturday around 2 p.m., ingredients run out early enough that customers behind the current ones miss out.
