Jangan Sashimi

Jangan Hoejip is a raw fish restaurant near Sacheon Port in Gangneung that serves gajami mulhoe and rockfish (ureok) miyeokguk. The mulhoe comes in a sweet-and-sour chogan-based broth with gajami hoe and mu saengchae, along with rice and miyeokguk. The miyeokguk has a rich broth with thin, soft seaweed, making it good to mix with rice. If the texture of gajami sekkosi is unfamiliar, it is better to skip the mulhoe.
