Jungang Sijang Hoetjip

Jungang Sijang Hoetjip is a hoe shop in Gangneung's Jungang Market that sells takeout flounder and yellowtail. In winter, the yellowtail is cut into thick slices, and maeuntang made with the fish head is also available. A waiting system manages the line, and the queue grows long when customers crowd in. Portions are on the small side, and the table setup is plain, with just lettuce and ssamjang.
