Donmadang

Donmadan is a pork galbi restaurant in Gangneung. Since 2004, the family has trimmed and seasoned the pork galbi themselves, and scores the thick samgyeopsal (pork belly) with cuts. When it is not busy, the owner grills the meat at the table and serves doenjang jjigae with bean sprouts. The muksabal is less satisfying than the other dishes.
