Swanye is a fine-dining restaurant in Sinsa-dong’s Sinsa Square that moves between French and Korean cuisine. Its courses include amuse-bouche, baechujeon, Seorae dalpaeng-i, and pork jowl. The central open kitchen lets diners watch the cooking, while each course comes with an explanation and wine pairing. Since relocating, the restaurant has expanded its dining space and modernized its tableware and facilities.
