Soga Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in Seoul that serves naturally caught fish as its main offering. Its course begins with meongge, oysters, conch and jeotgal, moves through hoe of several fish types, and ends with jiri and kalguksu. The restaurant has kept the same menu for over a decade, and the naturally caught fish changes from day to day. The amount of hoe is on the small side for the price.
